Gallery: No Cycling signs
There is one very clear symbol in the Highway Code that means no cycling. It is a circular sign with a red border and the normal cycle symbol inside it, in black on a white background. Where any other sign has been used this implies that cycling is not explicitly prohibited by any official order. This is a collection of such images.
This is a new gallery and will be expanded over time, as there are lots of examples in the system.

Rather than the official no cycling sign that is available in the highway code - a textual panel has been used here (with non-sensical grammar), indicating that perhaps cycling is not actually prohibited after all.
Sign reads: Do not ride cycles on this footpath. Which probably means that there is no legal impediment to cycling, otherwise it would say \"Cycling Prohibited\".
